This is an old building with only 10 rooms. However they've made an effort, fresh paint inside and out, ceramic tiling on the floors rather than old dirty carpet.

Friendly staff, only $50 a night. Fridge & microwave in room, decent bed. Very clean!

Negatives: No internet, no ice, no phone in room, no clock in room. Refrigerator is kept off so you have to turn it on and wait for it to get cold.
