rude service

On this date and time,(4:05 PM on THURSDAY, APRIL 8,2010) I called to find out if some kindhearted person might have turned in my sons perscription glasses that I think I lost at the public outside showers there at the accsess to the beach, thinking that the owner might be staying at your hotel. Upon calling, a woman at the desk that answered the phone would not help me because I did not stay at the hotel. I tried to explain to her that I just wanted to know if someone turned in a pair of glasses, and she hung up the phone on me. I then called back to tell her that I just wanted to know if glasses was turned in, she hung up on me again saying that she could not give me the information because I did not stay there. I called back again to get her name and to talk to a manager, and she said that she did not have a name. I requested to speak to a manager because I felt no one should be treated this way she would not let me talk to one.

It is pretty bad when a person calls for a little assistance that they have to be treated like this. I was treated like garbage!

All I wanted to get was a simple answer and all I got was a whole lot of disrespect.

If this is the kind of people that they have representing the hotel, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment.

Every place should have a leave of service weather you stay with they or not!
