carpets were filthy (keep your shoes on after you shower)about 6 low lifes at the hot tub just kept smoking and flicking their cigarette butts anywhere as there were no ashtrays, no dry towels at the pool all were used and dirty I called to inform the front desk we stayed over an hour and new towels NEVER CAME. FOOLISH ME I ALWAYS STAYED AT THE HOLIDAY INN, ... next year hello holiday inn again, hojo's was a big mistake
